Job Description
As a member of our India Global Resource Center, you would contribute to company's vision by serving as Process Task Lead or Primary Process Engineer on a multitude of projects focused on water and wastewater treatment plant planning, design, and construction. This role will include coordination with team members of various engineering disciplines in our local offices as well as offices across the United States.
- Membrane technology experience from design to commissioning on Ultrafiltration, Membrane Bioreactor, Nanofiltration, Reverse Osmosis on international/national water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Design and detailed engineering experience on Zero liquid discharge plants and micropollutant treatment plants is preferable.
- Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. May supervise the work of junior engineers on project work.
- Completing Quality Assurance/Quality Control of key deliverables and review of more junior staff work product.
- Participate or assist in new business development by contributing to technical approach and level of effort development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering with 15+ years of Experience (Preferred).
- At least 10 to 12 years of experience in water/wastewater process mechanical engineering for municipal or industrial clients.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Experience as a leader, mentor, and problem solver with a determination for excellence.
- Independent player with high self-motivation.
- Experience on International projects/clients will be added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineering (CEng) License is preferred.
- Alternative/Design Build project delivery experience.
