Analyst

Position: Analyst – MIS / FP&A / Controllership
Location: Noida

We are looking for a finance professional to support MIS, FP&A, financial reporting and controllership activities . The role will involve management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and developing data-driven dashboards for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse MIS and management reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Conduct actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare financial models, KPI reports and management presentations.
• Support month-end closing, P&L and balance sheet analysis .
• Assist in controllership and financial reporting activities.
• Analyse costs, revenues and business performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, validate and interpret financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / MBA Finance/ equivalent finance qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in MIS, FP&A, Business Finance, Controllership or Financial Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel .
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and month-end closing .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Data Centres, EPC, Telecom or other project/capex-intensive industries.
