Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is pivotal in leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive our AI initiatives, especially in Prompt Engineering and Machine Learning, thus enhancing our product offerings and optimizing client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement generative models using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct thorough experiments and evaluations of AI models to improve their performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Design and optimize prompts for various machine learning algorithms to enhance data usability and insights.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies and apply best practices to our projects.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in AI and Machine Learning practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
