Job Purpose

Drive and build the Asian Paints Bath Division business across the assigned state by developing dealer/distributor networks and strengthening relationships with plumbers, A/IDs and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly business plans product-wise and dealer-wise and ensure execution across the region.
• Finalize NDOs in the assigned region based on business potential, financial health and other parameters.
• Provide inputs for scheme planning and ensure effective implementation within the region.
• Plan and maintain adequate stock/inventory levels to meet project and customer requirements.
• Drive demand generation and track primary & secondary sales at the state level.
• Ensure adequate project inventory and monitor project sales through regular trackers and market trends.
• Conduct regular visits to project sites and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Monitor dealer/distributor payments, dealer health and resolve issues to maintain healthy business relationships.
• Build engagement with influencers, plumbers and A/IDs through regular meets and market activities.
• Coordinate with Service, Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely complaint resolution, product availability and retailing initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
