Sr Specialist - Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer
Backend Development
• Strong expertise in Java development, including Java 17/21.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST API development.
• Experience designing and implementing service-oriented or microservice-based solutions.
• Good understanding of application integration patterns and distributed systems concepts.

Frontend Development
• Strong hands-on experience developing production React applications.
• Experience with TypeScript, modern state management approaches, and API integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex front-end codebases.

Cloud & DevOps
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and production support practices.

Data & Security
• Strong SQL and database design skills.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Modernization & Legacy Systems
• Experience modernizing large-scale monolithic applications using incremental migration approaches (e.g., Strangler Fig pattern).
• Experience working with legacy Java applications, including Java 8, Java EE, Apache Ant, or XSLT-based solutions.
• Experience reducing technical debt and improving maintainability in long-lived enterprise systems.

Cloud & Platform Engineering
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration platforms.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform, Bicep, or similar tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or advanced CI/CD automation.

Observability & Operations
• Experience implementing monitoring, tracing, and observability solutions using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights, or similar platforms.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and supporting mission-critical production systems.

Enterprise Integration
• Experience integrating enterprise identity solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, or Active Directory.
• Experience working with message brokers, event-driven architecture, or asynchronous integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise reporting solutions such as Jasper Reports.

Emerging Technologies
• Familiarity with AI-assisted application development.
• Experience with Spring AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or LLM integrations.
