·          Single point of accountability for Government Client-own all written communications and approvals,

·          Submit Communication Strategy + Data driven performance, Chair weekly DIPR review meetings; maintain issue/risk log and escalate proactively,

·          Track all Service Legal Agreement milestones; trigger penalties audit and submit monthly compliance reports,

·          Coordinate cross-pod workflow: brief creative production → social → analytics → report, Owning Billing and Finance for the project
