Delivery Manager
Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager is responsible for driving successful project and program delivery while leading technical teams in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder management and the need for expertise in the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple delivery projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with client objectives and business growth.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for project and team management.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners to enhance service delivery.
- Drive innovation and adoption of updated methodologies and technologies within projects.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of professional experience in delivery management or related fields.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and technical leadership.
- Strong experience in managing teams and delivering projects, particularly in the BFSI domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Required to work from office five days a week in Pune, Gurgaon, or Bangalore.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or Engineering Manager is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Informatica/IDMC, Oracle, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex technical projects in agile environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong understanding of business processes within the BFSI sector.
