Java Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team at EXL. In
this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, React, and Spring Boot to
develop innovative solutions that drive business success and enhance user
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement high-quality, scalable Java applications using Spring
Boot and related technologies.

Develop user-centric web applications with React, ensuring responsiveness
and seamless functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements,
translating them into technical specifications.

Optimize performance and maintainability of existing code by performing code
reviews and refactoring as needed.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including
planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support during
application testing and production phases.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software
development to continually enhance your skills and the team's capabilities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field.

Proven experience in software development with Java, including frameworks
like Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, specifically React, and its
ecosystem.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and
collaboratively.

results.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization
