Record to Report (R2R) Analyst
Job Summary:
The Record to Report (R2R) Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining
accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting. By managing and
streamlining the end-to-end financial processes, this position directly
impacts the organization's financial integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and
completeness of financial records.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights into variances
and trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for monthly
and quarterly closings.

Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of R2R activities
and reporting cycles.

Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors during
year-end reviews.

Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
throughout the reporting process.

Support various ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by
management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or Finance & Accounting
roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong MS Excel
skills.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively
collaborate with stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IFRS standards and practices.
