Technical services

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day technical facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site.
Handle Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire & Safety, Plumbing and other MEP systems.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility equipment.
Monitor equipment performance, maintenance schedules and service reports.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers for technical maintenance.
Ensure timely resolution of technical complaints and breakdowns.
Maintain records of equipment, AMC, PPM, breakdowns and energy consumption.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and facility SOPs.
Monitor BMS and other facility management systems, wherever applicable.
Support emergency response and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems.
