Drive new car finance business in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Expand market coverage and penetration.

Dealer Relationship Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with automobile dealers and
channel partners.

Onboard new dealers and improve productivity of existing dealers.

Resolve dealer operational and service issues/queries.

Portfolio Quality
-
Ensure healthy portfolio growth while maintaining delinquency within
approved/acceptable levels.

Monitor collection trends and coordinate with risk/collections teams
for corrective actions.

Credit & Process Management
-
Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for
faster TAT delivery.

Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC, compliance, and audit
requirements.

Territory Management
-
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
-
Analyse competition, market share, dealer performance, and customer
trends.

Prepare business plans and area growth strategies.
-
Team Leadership
-
Guide and mentor Relationship managers.
-
Track productivity, conduct reviews, and support capability
building.

Drive execution of business initiatives across the territory.

Stakeholder Management/ Collaboration with Internal Departments

Work closely with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Dealer
Finance teams.

Present business performance, portfolio quality, and growth
opportunities to management.
