Head – Vigilance - RCU - Micro Lap
Job Summary:
The Head of Vigilance at the RCU Micro Lap will play a pivotal role in
overseeing and ensuring the integrity and compliance of operational activities
within the organization. This leadership position will focus on implementing
robust vigilance mechanisms to safeguard organizational assets and promote
ethical practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive vigilance policies and procedures to
enhance risk management practices.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and
ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Lead investigations related to fraud, misconduct, and policy violations,
providing timely and effective resolutions.

Prepare detailed reports on vigilance activities and present findings to
senior management and regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of ethical
behavior and compliance across the organization.

Train and mentor staff on vigilance policies, fostering an environment of

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related
field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in vigilance, compliance, or risk
management roles, preferably in the microfinance or financial services
sector.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards governing
the industry.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make
sound decisions under pressure.

Proficient in using data analysis tools to assess risks and track compliance
indicators.
