Job Summary

Vrinda Global is looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in core banking recruitment. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closures for BFSI clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI/Core Banking roles . 
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. 
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Work closely with client/hiring managers to understand requirements. 
• Manage multiple and high-volume positions and meet hiring TAT.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily hiring updates.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in BFSI. 
• Good understanding of core banking roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, or other recruitment tools. 
• Prior RPO/implant experience will be an advantage. 
• Willingness to work onsite at client locations
