Associate Manager for CASA
Job Summary:
The Associate Manager for CASA (Community and Social Advancement) plays a
pivotal role in driving community-focused initiatives that foster social
engagement and development. This position is integral to enhancing the
organization's outreach and impact within local communities, ensuring that
programs are effectively administered and aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote social
awareness and participation.

Coordinate and oversee programs that support CASA’s mission, ensuring they
are executed efficiently and effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners,
stakeholders, and volunteers to enhance the reach of CASA initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports and presenting
findings to management for strategic development.

Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers and
program staff to optimize team performance.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community meetings to further
engagement and collaboration.

Manage budgetary constraints for CASA programs, ensuring resources are
allocated judiciously.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
