- Candidates from the Building Materials, Laminates, Plywood, Veneers, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Glass, Electricals, or Interior Products industry preferred.
Experience
- 4 to 10 years in Project Sales / Specification Sales
- Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMCs, Contractors, and Developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Builders, and Contractors.
- Drive product specifications for laminates and allied products in commercial and residential projects.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and specification meetings.
- Ensure inclusion of company products in BOQs and project drawings.
- Track projects from specification stage to order conversion.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and channel partners for project closures.
- Generate new business opportunities through engagement with architects and influencers.
- Maintain project pipeline and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and annual specification and sales targets.
