Job Summary:
The Vendor Master Data Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and
enhancing the integrity of vendor data, ensuring accurate and timely
information flows within the organization. This position significantly impacts
procurement and vendor management processes, fostering strong relationships
with suppliers and contributing to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the vendor onboarding process, including data collection,
verification, and documentation.

Maintain and update vendor master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve
data quality.

Conduct regular audits of vendor data to identify and rectify
inconsistencies or errors.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for vendor data
management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
