Record to Report (R2R) Specialist
Job Summary:
The Record to Report (R2R) Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring
accurate financial reporting and compliance within our organization. By
managing the R2R processes, you will help drive operational efficiency and
support key financial decisions, thereby contributing to the overall success
of our business.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate financial reporting processes, including the
creation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Coordinate month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate
financial statements that align with regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies, providing recommendations
for improvements in financial processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and
resolve issues related to the R2R process.

Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required
documentation and responding to inquiries.

Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline reporting processes and
enhance data accuracy.

Participate in continuous process improvement projects to drive efficiency
and effectiveness within the finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in Record to Report, General Accounting, or in a
similar finance role.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with experience
in financial reporting.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for
detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively
interact with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
