OEM Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The OEM Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales growth for
Greenlam Industries by establishing strong partnerships with Original
Equipment Manufacturers. This position focuses on building relationships and
understanding client needs to deliver customized solutions, ultimately
contributing to our goal of being a leader in the decorative surfaces
industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new OEM clients and
expand business with existing accounts.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development
and innovation aligned with OEM customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target
OEM accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including production and R&D, to design
tailored solutions that meet client specifications.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product
demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring
customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management
on pipeline status and forecast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building
materials or decorative surfaces industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships and influence stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
