About the Role
DAMAC Properties is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to expand and strengthen its channel partner network in Mumbai. The role involves developing relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants to generate qualified leads and drive sales for DAMAC's premium real estate portfolio in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
 

• Identify, engage, onboard, and manage broker networks and channel partners across Mumbai.
   
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
   
• Conduct regular product training and knowledge sessions for channel partners.
   
• Drive sales through the channel partner ecosystem and achieve assigned targets.
   
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
   
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
   
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and broker engagement activities.
   
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, broker activity, and market intelligence.
   
• Organize networking events, roadshows, and partner engagement initiatives to strengthen the channel network.
   

Candidate Requirements
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
   
• Prior experience with reputed real estate developers, builders, channel partner firms, or property consulting organizations.
   
• Strong broker and channel partner network within Mumbai.
   
• Sound knowledge of South Mumbai and Western Mumbai real estate markets.
   
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
   
• Experience in broker onboarding, relationship management, and partner engagement.
   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
   
• Stable career progression with consistent growth in responsibilities and performance.
   
• Candidates up to 35 years of age will be preferred.
   

Preferred Background
Candidates from reputed organizations such as real estate developers, builders, channel partner networks, property consulting firms, and real estate advisory companies with strong market presence in Mumbai.
