Record to Report (R2R) Specialist
Job Summary:
The Record to Report (R2R) Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring
accurate financial reporting and compliance across the organization. By
managing the end-to-end financial closing process, this position contributes
to the broader financial health and strategic insights of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute monthly financial closing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate
completion of all required reports.

Maintain accounting records by preparing and posting journal entries in
accordance with established guidelines.

Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to enhance
reporting accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for
comprehensive financial analysis.

Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external
stakeholders.

Support audits by providing requested documentation and liaising with
external auditors as needed.

Continuously improve R2R processes through automation and implementing best
practices for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
operations.

Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
and Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and
regulatory requirements.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to
detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey
financial information.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
