Job Title: RTR / Fixed Assets Accountant

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA / PGDM (Finance & Accounts)
• Experience: 2–4 years in Record to Report (RTR)
• Strong experience in:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets Accounting
  • SAP (mandatory)
• Good communication skills (mandatory)

• Notice Period: 0–15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (5 days/week)
• Weekly Offs: Friday & Saturday (fixed)
• Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
• Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially Fixed Assets
• Experience with Fixed Asset Management Systems
• Exposure to:
  • CIP (Capital Work in Progress) / AUC (Assets Under Construction)
  • Physical stock reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP
  • Oracle Applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad hoc reconciliations of balance sheet accounts:
  • Cash
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Other key GL accounts
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and balance sheet accounts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between:
  • General Ledger
  • Sub-ledgers
  • External statements
• Maintain accurate financial records to support reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Support financial closing and reporting activities
