Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute residential civil and fit-out works.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and project schedules.
• Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Inspect civil and finishing works for quality compliance.
• Manage flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, masonry, false ceiling and other finishing activities.
• Check quantities, measurements and contractor bills.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare and close snag/punch lists.
• Monitor safety, quality and workmanship standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight project risks or delays.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning support and final handover.
• Support post-completion defect rectification and closure.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, fit-out or project management.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Experience in contractor and stakeholder coordination.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, measurements and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project scheduling tools.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
