System Assurance & RAMS Manager

Job Title: System Assurance & RAMS Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 15–20+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead System Assurance and RAMS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement Project RAMS Plans, Safety Cases, and Hazard Management processes.
• Perform and review FTA, FMEA, HAZOP, and other RAMS analyses.
• Establish and maintain Hazard Logs, Traceability Matrix, and System Assurance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129 and other international railway safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Testing & Commissioning, Contractors, Suppliers, Clients, and Regulatory Authorities.
• Support Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) audits, certification, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare RAMS reports, compliance submissions, technical documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Systems, or related discipline).
• 15–20+ years of experience in Railway/Metro System Assurance & RAMS .
• Strong experience in RAMS Analysis, Safety Assurance, Hazard Management, Safety Case preparation, and System Assurance .
• Hands-on experience with FTA, FMEA, HAZOP, Hazard Log Management, and Traceability Matrix .
• Strong knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129 , railway safety standards, and certification processes.
• Experience working with ISA, regulatory authorities, and large Rail/Metro infrastructure projects .
• UAE/GCC railway project experience will be an added advantage
