Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and motivated Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in advancing our AI capabilities, enabling intelligent decision-making solutions that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop agentic AI models utilizing advanced machine learning (ML) techniques to solve complex business problems.
Implement reinforcement learning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies to enhance AI decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and optimize their performance.
Conduct prompt learning experiments to refine and improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
Evaluate and analyze the performance of AI systems, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning, implementing best practices in projects.
Support knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives within the team to foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in agentic AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with strong algorithm design skills.
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and AI model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hybrid AI system design and implementation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
Knowledge of advanced data analytics and visualization tools.
Publications or contributions to AI research communities is a plus.
