Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System
(PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and project specifications.
Lead all QA/QC activities for civil, structural, architectural, and utility
works.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, contract requirements,
approved drawings, IS codes, ASTM, ACI, BS, and relevant international
standards.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements,
Quality Plans, Material Approval Submittals (MAS), and Quality Procedures.
Supervise quality inspections for civil works including earthworks,
foundations, RCC, structural steel, masonry, finishing, paving, and external
development.
Monitor quality of utility works including underground water supply,
sewerage, stormwater drainage, firefighting pipelines, electrical duct
banks, cable trenches, telecom utilities, and external infrastructure.
Coordinate material inspections, vendor inspections, factory acceptance
tests (FAT), and third-party laboratory testing.
Review and approve material test reports, concrete mix designs, field test
results, and quality documentation.
Conduct regular quality audits, surveillance inspections, and compliance
assessments across project sites.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs),
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC teams, contractors,
subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies on quality-related
matters.
Monitor site quality KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality
reports for management and clients.
Lead project handover activities, including punch list clearance, snag
rectification, as-built documentation, and final quality closeout.
Ensure all quality records, inspection reports, material approvals,
calibration certificates, and test documentation are maintained and updated.
Mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors while driving continuous quality
improvement initiatives across projects.
