Regional TA Lead
Job Summary:
The Regional TA Lead is a pivotal role responsible for driving talent
acquisition strategies across multiple locations within the region. This
position ensures the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent,
fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce that aligns with our business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing
needs of regional business units.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create
compelling job descriptions that reflect company culture.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to
conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.

Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and
enhance candidate experience.

Establish strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and
educational institutions to build a talent pipeline.

Conduct training sessions for regional HR teams on best practices in talent
acquisition and interviewing techniques.

Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as
a preferred employer in the region.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2
years in a team handling role.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and
handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.

Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in recruitment and
selection.
Preferred Qualifications:
