Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Record to Report (R2R) / General Accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting in a US-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and fixed assets

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Support financial reporting , variance analysis, and management reporting

• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls

• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and auditors during audits

• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Record to Report / General Accounting

• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial close

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday preferred)

• Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working in US shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

• Experience working with global clients or shared service environments
