Associate Manager for CASA
Job Summary:
The Associate Manager for CASA plays a vital role in supporting the overall
mission of our organization by ensuring smooth operational processes,
fostering teamwork, and optimizing resources. This position is essential for
enhancing the CASA program's impact and effectively serving our community.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and assist in the management of CASA programs to
ensure effective service delivery.

Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement training and
orientation for new volunteers.

Support and guide volunteers by providing mentoring, resources, and
performance evaluations.

Conduct community outreach initiatives to promote the CASA program and
recruit volunteers.

Monitor case progress and maintain accurate reporting to track program
outcomes and effectiveness.

Participate in regular team meetings to facilitate communication and
continuous improvement within the program.

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
to enhance program visibility and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in a
non-profit environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
meet deadlines.
