Manager, Finance & MIS

Job Summary:

The Manager of Finance & MIS will play a crucial role in driving financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning within the organization. This position will leverage data management and analytics to support decision-making and enhance the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of financial management information systems (MIS) to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Enhance existing processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, conducting audits as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, analysis, or MIS.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
