Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Mortgage
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Mortgage is a pivotal role responsible for
driving sales growth and managing relationships within assigned territories.
This position focuses on developing strategies to expand market share, enhance
customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed
mortgage sales targets within the designated area.

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a
high-performance culture focused on results.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and
industry partners to drive referral business.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive threats; adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic
plans to senior management.

Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales
team regarding mortgage products and services.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in the mortgage
lending process.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the
mortgage or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and
lending processes.
