Key Responsibilities: 
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for across industry. 
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies 
* Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels 
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions 
* Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback management with internal stakeholders 
* Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports 
* Ensure compliance with internal hiring guidelines and documentation processes
