Airport Design Engineer, Runway
Job Summary:
The Airport Design Engineer, specializing in runway systems, plays a vital
role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of airport
operations. This position involves designing and optimizing runway structures
and systems, contributing to the overall airport infrastructure that supports

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related
field; Master's preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in airport design or civil engineering with a
focus on runway systems.

Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, AASHTO design standards, and other
relevant aviation guidelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

multi-disciplinary teams.

License as a Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; or ability to obtain
within a designated timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications:
