Position: Project Manager – Industrial Projects
Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute an industrial project manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery of construction/industrial activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality, safety and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Overall planning, execution and monitoring of the industrial project from start to completion.
Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams .
Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedule, milestones and deliverables .
Ensure timely completion of civil, structural, architectural and associated industrial works.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements and work schedules.
Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and resolve site-level technical/coordination issues.
Monitor manpower, material, equipment and resource requirements.
Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare project status reports.
Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE and client safety requirements .
Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing and handover activities.
Track project costs, variations, additional works and resource utilization.
Maintain project documentation and ensure proper reporting to management/client.
Drive project completion within agreed time, cost and quality parameters .

Mandatory Candidate Profile

Must have:

15+ years of overall experience.
Strong experience in industrial construction/project execution.
Experience handling large-scale industrial projects .
Strong client and contractor coordination experience.
Good understanding of civil/structural/industrial construction activities.
Experience in project planning, monitoring, scheduling and execution.
Strong team management and site leadership skills.
