Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete electrical infrastructure and operations of a critical Data Centre facility, ensuring high availability, safety, reliability, preventive maintenance, and compliance with all operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical operations and maintenance of UPS, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, PDU, ATS/STS and power distribution systems .
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability of critical electrical systems.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians and vendors, ensuring smooth 24x7 facility operations.
• Monitor BMS/energy parameters, electrical loads, power quality and equipment performance.
• Handle breakdowns, emergency response, RCA, CAPA and incident management for critical electrical systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams for maintenance, projects and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, statutory requirements, SOPs, EHS and data-centre standards .
• Maintain electrical documentation, maintenance records, checklists, reports and MIS.
• Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
