Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic BFSI Recruiters with experience in end-to-end hiring for roles across the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is an RPO-based role, where selected candidates will work directly from the clients premises while being on the payroll of Vrinda Global.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and volume hiring.

Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets as per SLAs.

Maintain regular reporting and updates using ATS or other recruitment tools.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI hiring (either in a corporate TA team or RPO setup).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Graduate in any discipline (must).
