Trade Acquisition Manager (TAM)
Job Summary:
The Trade Acquisition Manager (TAM) plays a pivotal role in driving quality
trade-led current account acquisition across key markets, aimed at enhancing
the base of trade-active transacting clients. This position synergizes with
the PCAM team, focusing on SME/MSME clients to generate consistent trade and
FX income for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new-to-bank Trade Forex accounts to expand the client base.

Source high-value Trade FX Current Accounts, leveraging a variety of
products, including BBG working capital credit facilities.

Target a diverse client profile, including small, mid-sized, and large
organizations with a sales turnover above 2 crores and CA floats exceeding
10 lacs.

Build and manage a robust portfolio of clients, focusing on liabilities and
assets (CA and BBG MAB) from select niche segments with a turnover of 5
crores and above.

Achieve allocated targets related to CA, Trade & FX, and BBG lead Trade
Accounts by acquiring premium current accounts.

Engage and convert business owners and senior-level management in the
mid-market, positioning the Bank as a prominent player in the business
banking sector.

Identify and develop new business segments and geographic areas to uncover
business opportunities, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and
KYC policies.
Requirements:

Post-Graduate or higher degree (MBA/M.Com preferred) in Finance Management,
Sales & Marketing.

Minimum of 7 years of CA/TFx/Assets Sales experience, or 3 years of direct
sales experience from competing banks.

Proven experience in Trade FX current account acquisition with knowledge of
Trade & FX, CMS & Trade Assets products.
- Comprehensive understanding of KYC guidelines and AML policies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a solution-oriented
mindset.

Strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player while maintaining
self-accountability.
