Primary Responsibilities

• Managing the entire Region for Retail channel – Agency
• Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment, training and development of partners & for closure of business pendency’s or outstandings
• Ability to lead and mentor a winning team and create second in line.
• Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of dealer partners.
• Cascading and monitoring the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with the U/W, Claims and other functions independently.
• Develop new partners and expand business with existing and new partner and ensure a high level of partners relationship management.
• Ownership of P&L.
• Market Study & Intelligence Gathering, Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
