MEP Design Engineer – HVAC & Fire Protection / Substation

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP design engineer with strong exposure to HVAC and fire protection systems, preferably in substation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review HVAC and fire protection systems for substation/building projects
   
• Preparation and review of design calculations, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications
   
• Coordination with electrical, civil, and other engineering disciplines
   
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local authority regulations
   
• Support project execution teams with technical inputs and design clarifications
   
• Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
   
• Participate in design coordination meetings and client discussions
   

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in HVAC and Fire Protection design
   
• Experience in substation / utility / industrial projects preferred
   
• Familiarity with design software and international codes/standards
   
• UAE experience preferred
