Record to Report (R2R) Specialist
Job Summary:
The Record to Report (R2R) Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the
accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. With 3-4 years of experience,
this position will drive operational excellence while collaborating
cross-functionally to deliver insights that aid in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
processes to ensure accurate reporting.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies,
maintaining up-to-date knowledge of GAAP.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate audits and ensure the
reliability of financial data.

Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency in the R2R cycle and
reporting accuracy.

Respond to ad-hoc financial analysis requests, providing insights that guide
management decisions.

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and
strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in Record to Report processes or general accounting.

Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or
similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
