Job Overview

The responsibility of doing hind sighting activity based on sampling with a good understanding of HFC Products / Policies & its process.
Design and implement Hindsight framework for all HFC Products and Conduct detailed review of accounts and ensure cases are approved and disbursed basis Credit Policy & Process.
Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the senior management.
Collaborate with Risk, Operation & Policy team for any change in the process/policy.
Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the HFC business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service. Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting.
Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, Analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Active participation in process re-engineering related to product handled in Hind sighting.
Suggestion for changes in Policy.
Preparation of Final Report and roll out to all the stakeholders.
Discussion of observations with Seniors - Head Risk and Chief Risk Officer.
People Skills.
Communication skills and presentation skills.
Ability to see a job through to completion.
Self-driven, goal oriented & dynamic in nature.

Experience Required (In Years)

5-7 years of relevant experience in HFC or NBFC.

Qualification Required

Graduation / MBA Finance / CA.
