Service Manager

Manage daily operations of the refrigeration service center, including repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Lead and supervise technicians servicing reefer truck cooling units 
• Ensure high service quality, quick turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
• Diagnose complex refrigeration system issues and provide technical guidance
• Develop strategies to improve service center profitability and efficiency
• Maintain service records, warranty tracking, and spare parts coordination
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and OEM guidelines
