Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Manager – MD Office
to provide independent governance, assurance, and performance oversight
across the company’s real estate
projects
and strategic initiatives.
The role will work closely with the
MD/CEO Office
to monitor
project
performance, identify risks and deviations, track management directives,
and provide concise, decision-ready reports to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor
project
performance against approved
cost, schedule, scope, milestones, and governance requirements
.

Review
project
, procurement, commercial, design, and development updates and identify
key exceptions and risks.

Prepare
weekly/monthly executive dashboards, MIS reports, and management
presentations
for the MD/CEO.

Review procurement, contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, and
payment-related matters from a governance perspective.
-
Maintain
risk, issue, action, and escalation trackers
across the
project
portfolio.

Coordinate with
Project
, Design, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Development teams to
validate information.

Highlight delays, cost overruns, governance gaps, and critical issues
and recommend appropriate actions.

Support continuous improvement of
PMO processes,
project
governance, reporting frameworks, and management controls
.

Develop and maintain dashboards using
Power BI and advanced Excel
.
