Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A) to lead and manage the organization's accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, month-end/year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, filing of statutory returns, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining regulatory compliance, strengthening financial controls, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations , ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
• Oversee general accounting, ledger management, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end/year-end closing .
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, management reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements .
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle statutory compliance and filing of returns , including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders for statutory and financial audits .
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, operating plans, financial forecasts, and periodic projections .
• Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze budget vs. actual variances , providing corrective recommendations.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategic decision-making .
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial position of the organization.
• Establish and monitor effective internal financial controls, accounting processes, and SOPs .
• Identify financial risks and recommend measures to improve cost control, profitability, and operational efficiency .
• Review financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements .
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate with various departments for financial planning, expense control, and business performance analysis.
• Support management in financial decision-making, cost optimization, and long-term financial planning .

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field .
• CA Dropout candidates are preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory return filing, budgeting, and forecasting .
• Experience in managing a finance team and coordinating with auditors/stakeholders will be an advantage.
