with maker-checker frameworks
Co-Lending Operations
Manage disbursement, reconciliation &
reporting with partner banks per RBI
guidelines
Financial Controls
Drive bank & LMS reconciliation discipline; ensure exception closure and clean alignment
Risk & Compliance
Strengthen operational risk controls, fraud
prevention & drive audit readiness
Process Automation
Identify automation opportunities; partner
with Tech to enhance LOS/LMS workflows
Team Leadership
Build high-performing operations team; work with Business, Risk, Finance &Tech
