Job Summary | Resposnsible for procative customer retention through regulat engagement and realtionship building. The role involves visiting existing customers, understanding their financial needs and cross selling relevant banking products to enhance customer value, deepen relationships and improve overall Portfolio Performance. | |

Detailed Responsibilities | · Managing existing relationships profitably | |
| · Maintaining quality of existing assets | |||
| · Earning fee based income through cross selling of Trade, Fx & Other products of the bank. | |||
| · Generating New Clients thru References from existing clients and thus increasing the Portfolio Width | |||
| · Achieving Business volume as per predetermined targets. | |||
| · To maintain & follow up Accounts plan for each of the existing relationship. | |||
| · To ensure strict call discipline in respect of existing clients. | |||
| · To ensure quick resolution of customer issues. | |||
| · Share Early Warning Signals picked up during client visits with the Immediate Supervisor for quick damage control | |||
