Project Manager - MEP

 

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage MEP services for commercial, residential, or large-scale real estate projects. The role will be responsible for end-to-end MEP project delivery, coordination with consultants, contractors and clients, ensuring quality, timelines, safety and cost compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MEP project management from design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works across project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, tender documents and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors and vendors for timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedule, budget and quality standards .
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV/BMS and other building services .
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, delays and execution risks.
• Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements and HSE guidelines .
• Manage contractor performance, manpower planning, procurement and material availability.
• Track project milestones, prepare progress reports and highlight key risks/issues to management and clients.
• Coordinate testing & commissioning, snagging, rectification and project handover .
• Support cost management, variation evaluation, measurement certification and contractor billing.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings and progress reviews.
• Drive timely resolution of site issues and ensure effective coordination between MEP and civil/architectural works
