Position: Front-End Lead

Experience: 6–8 years

We are looking for a strong Front-End Lead who can own the technical architecture and engineering quality of our customer-facing web applications.

Key Expectations:

• Lead front-end architecture, development standards, and technical design.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, preferably React and Next.js.
• Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Own areas such as Core Web Vitals, page performance, SEO-friendly implementation, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
• Define reusable components and front-end engineering standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor other front-end developers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Ability to remain hands-on while also providing technical leadership.
