·        Should have good understanding of Mortgage Industry & nature of property ( Hotel, Hostel/PG, Banquet Halls, Industrial/warehouse, Hospital/Nursing Homes and Marriage Garden) in his geographies.

·        Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis

·         Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.
