Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Control & Planning Lead to manage integrated program planning and schedule controls for a large-scale Hybrid Renewable Energy Program comprising Solar, Wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program/project controls, integrated scheduling, Primavera P6, critical path analysis, delay analysis, forecasting and recovery planning . The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrated program baseline and providing accurate schedule and progress visibility across multiple project packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Level 1 and Level 2 program schedules linked with detailed Level 3 and Level 4 package schedules.
• Establish and maintain program baselines , schedule structures and planning methodologies.
• Define progress measurement rules, weightages, data cut-off procedures and schedule change-control protocols .
• Review and validate planning submissions from various project/package teams.
• Monitor critical paths, key milestones, schedule performance and forecast dates .
• Perform delay analysis, schedule impact analysis and scenario modelling .
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies .
• Forecast milestone risks and provide early warnings to the Program Director and package leads.
• Coordinate planning inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning and HOTO teams .
• Integrate schedules across multiple project packages and ensure consistency of program-level planning data.
• Review planning exceptions and escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.
• Prepare program dashboards, progress reports, schedule forecasts and management reports .
• Support PMIS/Power BI-based reporting and ensure accurate planning data for management dashboards.
• Work closely with package leads to monitor progress against approved baselines and agreed milestones.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline .
• 15+ years of experience in Program Planning, Project Controls, Scheduling or related functions.
• Strong experience in large-scale EPC, infrastructure, power or renewable energy projects .
• Experience with Solar, Wind, BESS or Hybrid Renewable Energy projects will be highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / Primavera and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 schedules .
