Key Role & Responsibilities

Customer Sourcing: Identify and target enterprise borrowers within the local branch catchment area through cold calling and direct or indirect marketing. [ 1 , 2 ]

DSA & Channel Management: Empanel, manage, and generate business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and local partner networks. [ 1 , 2 ]

File Logging & KYC: Collect proper customer documentation, maintain KYC-compliant files, and log applications as per company sourcing policies. [ 1 , 2 ]

Credit & Disbursement Coordination: Coordinate with the risk and personal discussion (PD) teams, present cases to sanction authorities, and manage mortgage documentation for timely disbursements. [ 1 ]

Portfolio Quality: Monitor post-disbursement compliance, repayments, and overall asset quality within the assigned territory
